PayPal shared the results of its 2022 Global Trade Report, in which it was possible to learn how people's consumption habits changed after the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic, after analyzing consumer behavior in 14 global markets.
The document seeks to offer a window to entrepreneurs to know how to attract more consumers, in addition to discovering the most up-to-date tools to successfully venture into ecommerce .
The PayPal study indicates that a large number of Telegram Number Data consumers are making purchases from abroad. 15 % of ecommerce in Mexico involves cross-border purchases.
In addition, research ensures that consumers are fed up with the volatility of the pandemic and have changed their priorities to focus on brand values.

Since the pandemic, shoppers are changing their purchasing habits. For example, when it comes to sustainability, 59% of consumers are willing to pay more for products that do contribute to society. Even luxury brands are taking note and investing in sustainable materials to make products such as shoe soles from recycled material.

The Report presents the case of Australian shoppers who are becoming greener and this is reflected in their purchasing habits. 46 % are specifically concerned about whether companies use biodegradable or eco-friendly materials. 39 % now frequently purchase products made from these materials.
Entrepreneurs should see this as an opportunity to shift their focus and marketing efforts toward sustainability to capture consumers' attention, the researchers say.
