Considering the great difficulties faced in a migratory transit, at the Casa del Migrante Arcángel Rafael, an innovative and transformative pilot project was carried out called "Multidisciplinary Work Team specialized in caring for children and adolescents in a situation of mobility" designed by the prestigious Elías Landsmanas Dymensztejn -Anáhuac Research Chair in unaccompanied migrant children. This multidisciplinary project aimed to provide comprehensive care to migrants, with a special focus on girls, boys and adolescents. For three months, a multidisciplinary team made up of a lawyer, a nurse, a social worker and a psychologist dedicated themselves tirelessly to offering services and support to those seeking refuge at the Casa del Migrante Arcángel Rafael. During this period, the effectiveness of this action plan for the well-being of people traveling through Mexican territory was demonstrated.
