All you need to do is find bloggers sharing content about your topic and send them an email that isn't too pressing.
Here's a real-world example of this process in action:
1. I sent a personalized email to a blogger who was already sharing content on my topic:

(This way, I already knew he would want to read my post).
2. When he replied, I sent him a link to my content:

Tip: Never ask to share your post. If the person you contacted finds your content valuable, they will share it without you asking.
