People who share height and weight information make it easier to choose the right size. I also check if the lenses have any blue light filter or anti-reflection coating. Of course shipping delays can happen, but good communication reduces stress. Now I try to read as many real user reviews as possible before I buy anything. Metal can feel more premium, but acetate can be more comfortable for long wear.

On the other hand, a well made pair of glasses can last a long time and feel comfortable all day.
