The Provincial Association of Hospitality and Tourism held different events on the occasion of the festival of Santa Marta, patron saint of the sector. After the celebration of the annual General Assembly, the Entrepreneur badges were awarded (list attached) and tributes were paid to Ramona Rodrigo (Bar Rtte. El Chico, CR capital), Jesús Moreno-Cid Cruz (El Ventero), Eusebio Garcia-Madrid (committed worker, now retired, after 40 years at Las de and the deceased, sador de Almagro).
All events were attended by José Luis , president of Hospitality of Spain; Alfonso Silva, vice president of the Regional Federation of Hospitality Entrepreneurs USA Email List Carlos Marín and Miguel Angel Rivero, president and vice president of Fecir CEOE-Carlos Ortiz (pte and FECEVAL); Fausto Marín, provincial delegate of Sustainable Development of the JCCM; and the mayor of de los Ojos, Miguel Angel Famoso.
All attendees praised the four honorees, with merits that have accredited them more than enough to obtain the recognition, respect and affection of their colleagues.Both the dinner and the prior delivery of the 100% Business Badges were attended by more than a hundred business people.Previously, throughout the day yesterday, a Mass was celebrated first at the Santa Teresa Jornet Residence in Ciudad Real, and then, a meal served by members of the Association was given to the 145 residents of the Residence.
In the sports field, those honored were Ismael Santos Jiménez, provincial runner-up and fourth regional finisher in Discus Throwing; Carlos Azaña Blanco, third provincial placed in Discus Throwing; Paula Azaña Blanco, third classified in Badminton under 13 in the western zone and provincial runner-up in Long Jump; Hugo Sánchez García, third provincial finisher in Long Jump; and Samuel Gutiérrez Villajos, third place in the provincial Marching category.
Likewise, the multisport team that was proclaimed champion of the Montes Norte area was honored; and the children's women's futsal team, provincial runner-up in the Provincial League.The opening day began with a parade by the brass band 'Secos de los Montes'. After the fireworks, the parade of authorities, Zagalas and Danzantes began towards the Municipal Auditorium, accompanied on the journey by the Porzuna Municipal Music Band. The final touch of the day was the performance of the 'Sonital' orchestra.
Until next Wednesday, July 31, Porzuniegos and visitors will be able to enjoy a multitude of recreational, musical, sports and children's activities in honor of San Pantaleón. Among them, the Andy and Lucas concert stands out, on July 29; and the bullfight on July 31, led by the bullfighters El Fandi, López Simón and Mario Sotos.
