听过一些值得商榷的源动

很多时候他希望你达成的可能都是一些局部最优解，而你的生活应该更多靠自己做主。毕业年内只是新手区，快速熟悉规则以便选择一个自己觉得更值得长期“游戏”的剧本就好。工作的源动力是什么？我发现刚毕业的头几年，特别容易陷入两个陷阱：一个是学以致用（参考我做数分和策略产品的时候），一个是操控感。第一个有点表面，所学的东西是招式，真正追求致用的其实应该是心法；第二个更容易迷惑人，我也曾着迷于大型实验，比如做策略的时候，一个参数一个策略能看到后续大规模数据的变化。

但时间长了，操控真的那么有意思么？成就感一定只能来自操控感么？我的成就感到购买 TG 数据库底是什么？我力，比如为了让大家都有成长（leder 的责任感）。但我想到“修身——>齐家——>治国——>平天下”，我理解包子还是要一口一口的、有顺序的吃，自己都没变好，谈什么肩负他人的责任？所以先清楚不是什么，再慢慢去寻找是什么。我想我目前的源动力，就是尽量接触完整的、真实的世界。我们应该学会理解过去，以便接纳未来最近 - 年我们每个人都能感受到不容易，因为时代变了，新旧模式在切换。在大变局下，我们需要重新审视过去的狂飙突进，重新认识随机性，这样才能更好的接纳我们每个人的未来。

我们看到的一些人在过去的成功，其实很大程度上源自时代。这本书和这句话就能很好的概括。这不仅仅是祛魅的问题，更重要的是把随机性引入人生模型后，允许自己和他人都可以不成功。同时，我们也需要好好审视，过去成功的模式，还能在未来继续适用么？当我们在网上听到各种分享经验的时候，不妨去质疑他的底层适配条件，如果条件不匹配，就不必浪费时间了。尝试让自己有影响力举个最实际的例子，为什么我们很多人面试那么麻烦？因为对方根本不认识你，所以你需要凭借简历、问答介绍自己的工作内容来在短时间构建信任，让自己可以影响对方的决策。
